Housing conditions of Travellers in violation of Revised Charter
In a decision of 27 February with regard to the collective complaint European Roma Rights Centre (ERRC) v. France, the European Committee of Social Rights held that there is a violation of the effective right to housing of Travellers leading to social exclusion and discrimination.
