The 10th edition of ONE WORLD Human Rights International Documentary Film
Festival run by the Council for the Defense for Human Rights and Freedoms
will take place from 15-20 December 2009 in Prishtina, Republic of Kosova.

You can submit your film right now by filling the on-line entry form and
sending a preview DVD.

The submission deadline is 15 November 2009. We kindly ask you to send
your entries as soon as possible. The selection results will be announced
by 30 November 2009 at the latest. The festival will inform the producers
of the selected films.

The festival accepts both short and feature length documentary films with
human-rights themes. Only the documentary films not included in previous
edition of ONE WORLD (NJË BOTË) Festival in Prishtina will be considered
for the competitive program. Participation in other festivals does not
exclude the right to applying for this Festival.

Only submissions containing both completed on-line entry form and preview
